Business Planning - Getting
from A to Z
|
| The
science of proper Business Planning
is becoming a fine art. One
of Countermeasure's team leaders
is a certified Business Planner,
capable of taking an array of
information (i.e. audit report
or penetration scan result list)
and produce a step-by-step plan
to implement security measures.
If you've run a scanner on your
network, such as ISS or Cybercop,
you already know that the stacks
and stacks of output is difficult
to assimilate. What's the most
important? What's least?
|
| It's
helpful to have a plan of action,
a business plan, to follow in
the corrective measures implementation
phase. |
| If
you've recently spent capital
budget to have a vulnerability
scan performed by a consulting
firm, and they've handed you
several reams of paper with
no action plan attached, give
us a call. We'll help you use
the information. Our Business
Planner will take that data
you provide us and put it in
to a coherent, understandable
business plan format after meeting
with our system security audit
experts. |
| You
can send us your scan result
output (encrypted) via email,
or we can use our own material
obtained by a penetration scan
done under contract with us.
Either way, after you receive
our Business Plan, you'll agree
that the budget put toward it
was money well spent. Contact
us for additional information
or to discuss your company's
requirements. If you need our
public PGP key, click here
to email a request for it.
